The path to healing from abuse and trauma is by no means easy; it’s one many never dare to embark on because it is hard…The road of life is hard no matter which way you decide to travel. You can either heal the root of your pain and live the rest of your life at peace or you can continue to decline into the ruins of despair by denying the pain even exists. Both are difficult. Life is about picking your hard, but the great thing is that we can do hard things, together. Burn this journal after you’ve filled it out if you must. Just make sure you tell it all and tell it right before you leave it all in the dust.
